Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard has introduced a new item to its summer menu. The Nerds Grape-flavoured Ice has been launched in collaboration with the candy brand Nerds.
Starting 8 July, the limited-time offering is available at all Rita’s locations.

Rita’s is also debuting Baby Nerds during the summer, ahead of its official launch into the wider quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry in spring 2025.
The Nerds Grape-flavoured Ice is served in a Rita’s Gelati, layered with vanilla custard and topped with Baby Nerds [a type of sweets]. For those who prefer their treats in a drinkable form, the Nerds Grape-flavoured Gelati Blender combines Italian Ice with Custard and Baby Nerds topping.
The new flavour and topping can also be combined with other items across Rita’s menu.
Rita’s app users can try a free taste of the new Baby Nerds topping when they purchase a Gelati or Gelati Blender. This one-time-use reward is redeemable through their loyalty app at participating locations.

Rita’s signature Italian Ice is known for its freshness and is made daily on-site with a rotating selection of more than 80 flavours. The menu also features Frozen Custard, signature Gelati, Concretes, Frozen Coffee, Rita’s Blenders and Milkshakes.
Established in 1984 in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, Rita’s has expanded to more than 550 shops.
