Restaurant chain Rock N Roll Sushi has formed a strategic partnership with ApplePie Capital to support its franchise growth in the US.
ApplePie Capital will provide financing options to both new and existing franchisees, fostering nationwide growth and enhancing its brand visibility.
Rock N Roll Sushi chief development officer Chris Kramolis said: “This is a thrilling step towards expansion and growth, providing our franchisees with access to ApplePie Capital as a resource.
“Bringing ApplePie into the family will allow for quick and easy financing and provide extra resources for our franchisees to grow at an exceptional pace. We’re pumped to see our franchisees take advantage of the new process.”

By GlobalDataFounded in 2010 by husband and wife Lance and Gerri Mach Hallmark, Rock N Roll Sushi began in a 1,000ft² space within the Mobile Mall in Alabama.
The brand has since grown to more than 50 locations across the Southeastern US.
Its menu follows a musical naming convention: Opening Acts, Classics, Green Room, Headliners with Raw Tracks, Back Stage Hibachi, Kids Rock and After Party.
In April 2024 Rock N Roll Sushi announced the second opening in the Phoenix, Arizona area with a location in Goodyear.
The company also signed agreements to open two new locations in Colorado Springs in the second half of 2024.
