Smokey Mo’s TX BBQ, a restaurant chain serving Texas barbecue, has revealed plans for expansion within the state of Texas.

This includes the opening of new locations in the cities of Temple and Harker Heights.

The Temple location will open in the autumn of 2024 at 6768 West Adams Avenue and the Harker Heights location at 529 Knight’s Way later on in the year.

Smokey Mo’s BBQ president Craig Haley said: “We are excited to introduce Smokey Mo’s, the best neighbourhood BBQ in Texas, to our new neighbours in Temple and Harker Heights.

In April 2024, Smokey Mo’s celebrated the opening of its 19th location in Hutto City, Texas.

A new San Antonio location at 6010 UTSA Boulevard is expected to launch in the summer of the same year. The brand has a target of opening 22 stores by December.
