
Global foodservice company Sodexo has partnered with the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum to offer catering services from January 2019.
As part of the deal, Sodexo has appointed chef Suzanne Goin and restaurateur Caroline Styne to enhance the catering operations.
The foodservice company will transform the venue’s dining experience including the Air Force One Pavilion by offering a range of menu options.
Sodexo sports & leisure vice-president Moses DeBord said: “The Reagan Library is one of our nation’s truly special experiences, and we are determined to curate a foodservice experience that lives up to this high standard.
“In doing so, we will create state-of-the-art dining concepts, upgrade the venue’s technology capabilities and work closely with local California suppliers to bring the spirit of the Reagan legacy to life for visitors through our services.”
The company has also installed new technology upgrades including kiosks and mobile ordering platforms, digital menu boards and signs, pagers for meal delivery, self-ordering POS stations and online ordering for staff and volunteers at the site.

By GlobalDataSodexo chefs will also recreate former US president Ronald Reagan and his wife’s favourite items, as well as introduce new offerings to guests. It will also operate a new craft beer and wine bar on the Ruwe Terrace of the venue.
