American full-service marketing company Spectrio is offering technology marketing tools to quick service restaurants (QSRs) and restaurant concepts across the US to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

American full-service marketing company Spectrio is offering technology marketing tools to quick service restaurants (QSRs) and restaurant concepts across the US to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Marketing tools offered by the company include Digital Signage, On Hold Music and Messaging, Wi-Fi Marketing and Overhead Radio.

The Digital Signage concept includes digital walls exhibiting LTOs and menu boards allowing restaurants to communicate messages to customers.

Overhead Radio can assist in driving restaurant sales through customised playlists used to influence customer behaviour.

Wi-Fi Marketing is a location-based service developed to offer email marketing and texting, geo-fencing and customer engagement on social media platforms.

On Hold Music and Messaging assists restaurants to build brand awareness and increase call retention and customer traffic.
