Sustainable Restaurant Group (SRG), operator of Bamboo Sushi and QuickFish, has secured an undisclosed amount of funding to support expansion into new regional markets and commitment to sustainability efforts.

Led by Bain Capital Double Impact and Kitchen Fund, the investment will be used to open ten or more locations in markets including Seattle and San Francisco over the next two years.

Kitchen Fund invests in early stage restaurants including fast-casual concepts to assist their business growth globally.
