Restaurant tech company Table Needs has expanded its services suite with the launch of digital menu boards for quick service restaurants (QSR), cafes and food trucks.

The company stated that its digital menu boards have been designed to seamlessly integrate with the Table Needs point of sale (POS) system to enhance a restaurant’s efficiency and sales.

It added that the digital boards are aimed at streamlining menu management and helping in improving customer satisfaction.

Table Needs CEO Ben Simmons said: “With the addition of digital menu boards, Table Needs offers an even more comprehensive restaurant POS solution that’s intentionally designed to help restaurants increase profits and streamline their operations.

“This is an important part of our mission to be the complete profitability solution to restaurants.”

The tech firm said that its digital menu boards increase order accuracy, given that customers can view their orders on the digital menu board’s screen in real time.

Restaurant owners will be able to manage digital menu boards, online menus and QR code menus from a single platform, which will help eliminate the need to update static, plastic signs or redesign and reprint paper menus.

Table Needs has partnered with Stream, a Utah-based digital signage product supplier, for the new digital menu boards.

Simmons added: “We decided to partner with Stream to provide digital menu boards to our restaurant partners because they offer a great product but also because they’re outstanding people. The team at Stream truly cares about their customers and their customers’ businesses.”
