The new winter menu includes two drink ranges namely Protein Lattes and Mexican Chocolate beverages.

Protein Lattes are being introduced as the company’s first drinks in the functional boost category.
The range includes Vanilla, Caramel, and Hazelnut options. Each combines espresso and steamed milk with added protein, providing a minimum of 20g of protein per regular-size serving, and is available hot or iced.
A lower-sugar option is also offered.
The listed Protein Latte drinks are Vanilla Protein Latte, Caramel Protein Latte, and Hazelnut Protein Latte.

The winter menu also includes Mexican Chocolate beverages, described as combining dark chocolate flavour with notes of cinnamon.
The options are Mexican Chocolate Hot Latte, Mexican Chocolate Iced Latte, and Mexican Chocolate Ice Blended drink.
The Mexican Chocolate Hot Latte is made with espresso and steamed milk with cocoa and cinnamon flavouring, with the Iced Latte offered as the chilled version.
The Mexican Chocolate Ice Blended drink is a frozen blended option combining chocolate, spice and espresso.
Orders can be placed in store or through The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf mobile app, which also supports rewards and pickup.
The Protein Lattes and Mexican Chocolate beverages will be available at participating cafés nationwide from 7 January through 17 March 2026, or while supplies last.
In June last year, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf launched its summer 2025 menu, featuring a blend of classic beverages.
The chain is said to have created its first Ice Blended drink in 1985.
The offerings included Ultimate Cold Brew and CaraMocha Ice Blended drinks, along with new flavours.
