British contract caterer The Good Eating has received a multi-million pound foodservice contract from Japanese financial services group Nomura.
The catering firm will manage a restaurant, a fine-dining, hospitality, conferencing and events business and an on-site convenience store under the agreement.
As part of the contract, The Good Eating will offer workplace dining services at Nomura’s head office in London serving 4,200 employees.
The Good Eating managing director Carlos Mistry said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have been awarded this prestigious contract. For the last two years Nomura has been named Britain’s Healthiest Workplace in the large employer category and we are looking forward to ensuring they maintain this accolade.”
Headquartered in London, The Good Eating company offers workplace dining services to various clients in creative, media and arts, investment and financial management as well as pharmaceutical industries.
In September last year, foodservice and facilities management company Sodexo Group acquired the British caterer to grow the presence of both companies in the workplace dining marketplace in London and Dublin.
The Good Eating is currently operated independently by its chairman John Harris and managing director Carlos Mistry under the umbrella of Sodexo’s corporate services business in the UK and Ireland.
