Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons has expanded its menu with the launch of four new items available for a limited time at participating restaurants across the country.
The four items are Hershey’s hot chocolate, marshmallow hot chocolate, cranberry white chocolate scone and cinnamon swirl loaf.
Hershey’s hot chocolate features Hershey’s chocolate syrup and whipped topping while Marshmallow hot chocolate features a scoop of marshmallows Tim Hortons hot chocolate. Both are available at a price of $2.39.
Cranberry white chocolate scone is made using cranberries and white chocolate, which is available for $1.59.
The Cinnamon swirl loaf features cinnamon swirls in an autumn-inspired loaf and is priced at $1.99.
Tim Hortons Canada marketing head Jorge Zaidan said: “With the days getting shorter and temperatures cooler, Canadians are looking for ways to warm up.
“Whether it’s a cup of hot chocolate on a crisp, autumn day or a modern take on the classic scone, we have something for everyone.”
Established in 1964, Tim Hortons offers a range of menu items such as premium coffee and hot and cold drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos and espresso shots, speciality teas and fruit smoothies.
It also offers food choices such as baked goods, grilled Panini and classic sandwiches, wraps, soups, and prepared foods.
The restaurant chain currently operates more than 4,700 restaurants across the US and Canada, as well as globally.
In August, the Canadian coffee chain expanded its beverage menu with the launch of the pumpkin spice iced capp drink.
