Tso Chinese Takeout and Delivery restaurant has selected Voicify to provide conversational artificial intelligence (AI) services.

The collaboration will streamline Tso Chinese’s customer service by implementing Voicify’s AI Answering system.

It will allow the kitchen staff to focus on order fulfilment without compromising customer interaction over the phone.

The AI answering service by Voicify is designed to comprehend natural human speech, enabling Tso Chinese customers to communicate their queries without altering their normal speaking patterns.

The system can handle common questions such as opening hours, delivery options, menu details and order placement.

Voicify can also send customers an SMS with a link to the Tso menu, directions for pickup and access to the online ordering system.

Tso Chinese’s chief technology officer Angell Tsang has further enhanced the capabilities of the Voicify-powered voice assistant by training it with the company’s extensive knowledge base.

The Tso voice assistants are therefore equipped to address a comprehensive range of customer inquiries.

Offered at an affordable monthly rate, Voicify’s AI Answering service promises to deliver cost savings in crew labour while maintaining the option for customers to connect with human staff when necessary.

The system is designed to evolve and refine its responses through continuous learning from customer interactions.
