Pizza Fusion Holdings will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Unique Foods on completion.
The agreement includes the licence agreements, trademarks, service marks, produce usage rebates and marketing funds of current and future franchises, as well as the franchise fees for international territories.

Unique Foods is planning to launch organic, gluten-free, cannabidiol (CBD) infused and frozen pizza products under the Pizza Fusion brand.
Unique Foods currently operates four wholly owned subsidiaries, including Pizza Fusion, Jose Madrid Salsa, Unique Tap House and PopsyCakes. It also holds a licensing agreement with Christopher Street Products.
