Volaris Group has completed the acquisition of IndiCater, a UK-based process management solutions software provider for the foodservice industry.

IndiCater helps foodservice and hospitality companies to manage back-office operations through its offerings.

The company’s solutions support various operational aspects such as finance, profit, employment, stock, recipe, menus, ordering, and procurement management.

IndiCater’s solutions are currently used by more than 4,000 companies including contract caterers, buying groups, and distributors to manage their business and streamline operational processes.

IndiCater managing director Mike Day said: “With a complementary portfolio of products and services and a shared common client base within the contract foodservice sector, Volaris is unquestionably the right home for IndiCater as we transition the company into its next stage of growth.”

Volaris merged IndiCater with its CaterTrax division, which serves the foodservice and hospitality markets.

CaterTrax offers catering management software solutions to power kitchens and streamline customer orders for clients across the US and Canada.

The combined entity, under the ownership of Volaris, will serve CaterTrax and IndiCater clients.
