Full-service family sports bar Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar has signed a five-year deal named ‘Tiger Partnership’ with Louisiana State University (LSU).
The restaurant will serve as the official sports restaurant and bar of LSU Athletics.
As part of the deal, the sports bar chain will offer a range of menu choices to fans including smoked Gouda Turkey burger, boom boom shrimp poboy, cajundillas, crawfish etou-ways, mardi gras mahi, and duck and andouille gumbo.
The company will also offer various promotions including ‘Dance for your Dinner’ in-game activations that allow customers to win $500 gift cards.
Walk-On founder Brandon Landry said: “This is truly a special opportunity to give back to the school that has given me so much both as a college athlete and young business owner. Our Walk-On’s team could not be more excited to become an official partner of LSU Athletics and come together as a community to cheer on our Tigers.
“Being in the shadows of Tiger Stadium has kept us connected to the University all this time and we are so thankful for their support. This is where it all began and it feels great to build on that hometown pride.”
