Full-service family sports bar Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux has signed a new multi-unit franchise agreement to open new locations in Mississippi, US.
According to the agreement, Walk-On’s will open new locations at Starkville, Meridian, and Tupelo in the next four years.

Brothers Eddie and Alan Gant signed the deal to expand the offerings of Walk-On’s to more parts of the state.
The brothers operate two Zaxby’s franchise locations in Grenada and Cleveland. They are currently looking into the site selection and expect to open the first restaurant by the middle of next year.
Eddie Gant said: “Even amid the pandemic, it was refreshing to see the brand quickly innovate and adapt to support its franchisees and continue to support its communities safely in a time of need.
“Seeing the franchise system come together and weather the storm just served as another reminder that this was the brand we wanted to invest in and grow with and we cannot wait to debut our new locations next year in Mississippi.”

Walk-On’s has approximately 150 locations that are under development in 15 states.
In July last year, the company revealed plans to open 20 new locations across Georgia, US, over the next five years.
In February last year, Walk-On’s announced plans to open more than 15 new locations in North Carolina over the next five years.
