US-based restaurant company Williston Holding has opened a new shipyard-themed dining concept, Cargo Food Authority, at Target Centre in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Created by the restaurant company’s chief development officer Brian Ingram, Cargo Food Authority features pallet seating, large garage doors and industrial finishes.
The restaurant also includes food containers to offer international street foods such as Asian cuisine, tacos, wings and pizza, along with draft cocktails and local beers on tap.
Williston Holding CEO Marcus Jundt said: “Cargo Food Authority brings together a diverse range of international street food and drinks with a spacious shipping yard environment unlike anything in Minneapolis.
“We’re eager to open at Target Centre and offer event-goers and downtown visitors a one-of-a-kind experience. We’re thrilled Brian is onboard and also working toward our next concept, Bus Stop Burgers & Brewhouse, to continue Williston Holding company’s expansion plans.”
The menu offered at the restaurant includes regular specials featuring a $10 lunch combo with a choice of tacos, pizza-rito, wings or a giant egg roll, and a soda or beer.
The restaurant also features a bar offering daily happy hours with $3 well drinks and select draft beers.
Williston Holding currently operates and franchises more than 50 restaurants in Texas, North Dakota, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arizona under various banners including Casa Olé, Monterey’s Little Mexico, Überrito Fresh Mex, and Tortuga Mexican Kitchen.
