Fast-casual restaurant franchise Wing Zone Hot Chicken & Wings has expanded its presence in the US with its first location in the state of Indiana.

The new outlet will serve a variety of hot chicken dishes and is located at 5527 N. Keystone Avenue, Indianapolis.

The new Wing Zone is owned by local franchisee Asra Khan.

Khan said: “The passion and obsession over Nashville Hot Chicken has continued to take over the country, and I am so excited to bring this concept to Indy for the first time.

“With Wing Zone, we’re able to bring made-to-order, fresh chicken to customers, with a variety of flavour profiles to offer a wide range of tastebuds.”

The restaurant is offering six free boneless wings to customers who sign up for text deals on their website.

The brand is also introducing its Hot Chicken Tenders and Hot Chicken Sandwiches, which come in four heat levels: plain, mild, medium and hot.

The menu at Wing Zone offers a variety of sauces for both the original and hand-breaded boneless wings. The chicken is marinated for at least 12 hours and cooked to order.

Dry rub flavours on offer are Garlic Parm, Nashville Hot, Salt and Vinegar and Lemon Pepper Tajin.

Customers can also choose Buffalo, Honey Q, Korean BBQ, Thai Chili, Zone and Louisiana Lemon Pepper sauces. Lousiana Lemon Pepper is Wing Zone’s hottest sauce.

Guests can eat in-store or order online for pickup.

In June 2024, Wing Zone opened its first location in Colorado.

Located at 3670 Austin Bluffs Pkwy in Colorado Springs, the restaurant is managed by local residents Ron and Christen Sanders.
