Yelp has integrated the online waitlist platform Yelp Guest Manager with Toast and Reserve with Google to enable restaurants to increase diner traffic.

The company has announced new integrations and features for Yelp Guest Manager to help restaurants to simplify their front-of-house operations and provide a seamless and connected guest experience. The integrations will give restaurants access to the largest diner network, according to Yelp.

The partnership with Toast, a cloud-based, integrated digital technology platform, will provide restaurants with insights from the point-of-sale system, while Reserve with Google will allow diners to book a table or join a waitlist with restaurants listed in Yelp’s network using Google Search and Maps.

Shabuya corporate operations manager Reggie Guerrero and Yelp Guest Manager customer said: “Yelp Guest Manager helps us to keep our front-of-house running smoothly. These new integrations with Toast and Reserve with Google will add simplicity to our daily operations and help us reach and seat more diners.”

Streamlining front-of-house operations will help address staffing shortages in the restaurant industry. The data integration will enable restaurants to connect with the rest of their tech stack.

Yelp has also unveiled new features to help restaurants increase efficiency, provide greater control to staff, and avoid revenue loss due to empty tables.
