Fast-casual restaurant chain Zaxby’s will open a new location in St Augustine, Florida, US, on 26 February 2024.

The new venue is situated at 5350 State Road 16 and will be operated by Contentment Golf Parkway.

Zaxby’s new 3,400ft² venue accommodates 56 guests and will showcase the brand’s signature white farmhouse design.

It has two drive-through lanes, a dedicated drive-through walk-out door and digital boards to streamline the ordering process.

Customers can place orders in advance for kerbside pickup through Zaxby’s website or the brand’s mobile app, or order via third-party food delivery services such as DoorDash, GrubHub and UberEats.

Contentment Golf Parkway owner David Matthew Strickland said: “We are excited to be in this part of town and provide great food to the wonderful Mill Creek area.

“Our goal is to share our passion for flavourful chicken with the community and get involved in area events, including weekly spirit nights for neighbouring schools.”

Local franchisee Strickland has engaged St Augustine’s Kaneco Construction for the construction of the new restaurant.

This venue is the sixth Zaxby’s outlet in the region, indicating the brand’s growing presence and popularity.

This month, Zaxby’s opened a new restaurant in Longview, Texas. Located at 3405 N Fourth S, the new outlet is owned and operated by JA’s Coop.

The 2,700ft² store has seating space for 36 guests.
