QSRP will hold exclusive rights to develop the outlets and plans to open the first store in Paris in 2025.
The new store marks the second franchise under the ownership of Douglas Keenum in Clarksville.
The new venue will be the first from the brand to feature an open kitchen.
The agreement was signed with new franchisees Lydia and JJ Raval, who are set to leverage their experience in the food industry for TMAD.
Restaurants can use the integrated platform to intelligently price or portion key menu items and adapt labour and service models.
The new store is located in Riyadh's Roshn Front shopping centre.
Each burrito is priced at $9.99 and is available at participating locations in the US.
