CKE Restaurants, the parent company of Carl's Jr restaurants, has collaborated with RSMG Holding and its administrative branch Retail & Food International Brand (R&F IB) to open its first restaurant in South Florida.

The new location is expected to launch later this year in Doral, Florida.

It will be the first Carl's Jr restaurant location in Florida.

RSMG owner and managing director Ron Santolaya said: “The CKE brands are beloved by people all over the world and we look forward to introducing this iconic brand to Florida with the opening in Doral.

“This expansion will allow Carl's Jr to reach the South Florida community for the first time and offer a refreshing, new dining experiences.”

CKE Restaurants and RSMG are looking for new real estate partners with drive-through features and working to develop 35 Carl's Jr locations across the South Florida region.

The new South Florida restaurant location will feature a new refreshed look and will be offering classic menu items, including Black Angus Thickburgers, Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders and sandwiches.

Carl's Jr currently has more than 1,000 locations throughout the western part of the US. It also has an international presence across 35 countries and more than 300 restaurants in Mexico.
