US-based fast food chain Five Guys has expanded its reach across the UK by partnering with Uber Eats.

London Post reported that this partnership will allow customers across London, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, York, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Leicester, Southampton and Sheffield will be able to place their Five Guys orders through the Uber Eats app.

Five Guys brand and customer director Paul Hamilton was quoted by the news publication as stating: “Our fresh, made-to-order burgers, fries and shakes have become iconic since we launched in the UK ten years ago.

“We are excited to partner with Uber Eats and ensure Five Guys is now available for more of our loyal customers.”

Uber Eats users will have access to Five Guys burgers and fries, as well as other offerings such as their beef dogs, sandwiches and milkshakes.

The publication also quoted Uber Eats UK, Ireland and Northern Europe general manager Matthew Price, who said: “Five Guys is one of the most popular food brands in the country and we are delighted that they are joining our platform in the UK from today.

“With this partnership, we are delivering exactly what our millions of customers want – great food, delivered at the touch of a button in as little as 30 minutes.”

Last month, Five Guys made its debut in South Korea with the launch of its outlet in Gangnam, Seoul.
