US foodservice equipment provider Zepole Supply has announced the acquisition of Fein Brothers, a 95-year-old Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based foodservice dealer, to enhance its position in the US Midwest. 

Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.  

Fein Brothers is a provider of foodservice equipment and supplies to restaurants, bars and institutions in the Greater Milwaukee area.

Fein Brothers stated that its commitment to customer service has been instrumental in its recognition as a leader in the marketplace.  

Zepole aims to capitalise on Fein Brothers' market presence.

The continuity is further supported by the retention of the Fein Brothers leadership team, which will play a crucial role in merging the operations of both entities seamlessly.
