Mobile hibachi [a traditional Japanese charcoal-fueled cooking grill] brand Hibachi Baby has commenced operations in Orlando, in the US state of Florida.

The brand is known for its Japanese cuisine offerings at private venues, backyards and patios.

In the Orlando branch, chefs will set up professional hibachi grills at event locations, preparing meals with premium ingredients such as steak, shrimp, scallops, lobster and filet mignon.

The company provides catering packages for groups as small as ten and as large as 100 or more.

The company's chefs will arrive in advance to prepare the equipment and ensure that meals are cooked fresh on-site with sanitised tools.

The menu meets various dietary requirements, containing gluten-free, vegetarian and allergy-friendly choices.

The company operates in several areas, offering Hibachi at Home services in Long Island, Miami, New Jersey, New York, Phoenix and Tampa.

Hibachi Baby Catering provides traditional hibachi cooking to residences, outdoor spaces and private gatherings.
