UK-based restaurant company Honey & Co is set to open a new deli, bakery and cafe location in Bloomsbury, London, in September 2023, according to reports by the Evening Standard.

Located on the corner of Alfred Place Gardens and Store Street, the new location, known as Honey & Co Daily, will have two sections.

According to the news agency, the first section will be a deli takeaway section, which will serve coffee, pastries and lunches to go. The second section will be a dining room with the capacity to accommodate 40 guests. This section will have an all-day menu.

Similar to other Honey & Co restaurants, the new location will serve Middle Eastern cuisine and will offer pastries, salads and sandwiches for takeaway dine-in.

Honey & Co founder Itamar Srulovich was quoted by the news agency as saying: “From the start, our baking has been our beating heart, the backbone and base note of everything we do - from the morning bread through to the afternoon cakes and the last sweet bite after dinner, everything happens in, near or around our pastry section.

“Our day is shaped by our baking and we want to bring that routine to our guests. Our whole operation is powered by my wife Sarit, not least our pastry section — a fairy of sugar, fruit and flour, she conjures up incredible baked goods seemingly without moving, certainly without measuring too much, performing something not far from pure magic.”

Additionally, the restaurant founders Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich plan to host supper clubs at the new restaurant location on Friday and Saturday nights.
