Love & Honey Fried Chicken has signed a 20-unit development agreement in Florida, US, as it advances its franchise growth plans.

The agreement is set to introduce the fast-casual brand to communities across Southeast Florida and areas south of Orlando.

Love & Honey is a fast-casual fried chicken concept founded in Philadelphia in 2017. Its menu centres on “hand-dredged, freshly prepared fried chicken” and “scratch-made sauces”.

Love & Honey Fried Chicken co-founder Laura Lyons said: “This agreement represents exactly the kind of growth we envisioned for Love & Honey. Bringing the brand to Florida is a meaningful step in our expansion, and we are excited to introduce more communities to our chef-driven fried chicken, heartfelt hospitality, and commitment to quality.”

The company selected Southeast Florida and the Orlando area for expansion as it sees “strong demand” in these markets for fast-casual options.

The development agreement also aligns with its broader approach to franchising. The company said it plans to expand with operators familiar with multi-unit development and focused on maintaining the guest experience as new locations open.

Love & Honey president and partner Geoff Goodman said: “Love & Honey was built on the idea that food can bring people together. As the brand grows, we want every new restaurant to carry that sentiment through genuine hospitality, consistent execution, and food that feels memorable from the first bite.”

In November 2025, Love & Honey Fried Chicken opened its first franchised location in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
