Mexican quick service restaurant (QSR) chain has bolstered its presence in India with a new restaurant in Gurugram, Haryana, as reported by the Indian Retailer.

The new outlet, located at DLF Cyber Park, is the company's second in the country. Its first shop in India is located on Hudson Lane, Delhi.

The launch of the brand's latest venture has been facilitated by food and beverages consultancy CYK Hospitalities.

CYK has managed every aspect of Casa Doña to ensure a consistent and high-quality dining experience.

Its role extended from developing the brand identity and designing the logo to crafting the menu and selecting the prime location.

Casa Dona founder Sandeep Bansal said: “CYK Hospitalities, known for its expertise in culinary concepts, has played an integral role in shaping our brand Casa Doña’s offerings.

“They have ensured that every dish resonates with the diverse palate of DLF Cyber Park’s corporate offices, promising an unforgettable dining experience to every patron.”

Casa Doña's menu offers a taste of Mexico with its tacos, enchiladas and nachos, available in spinach and beetroot flavours.

The interior design of Casa Doña's new outlet is inspired by Mexican culture.

CYK Hospitalities director Pulkit Arora said: “From the beginning, we aligned Casa Doña’s vision with key market trends and consumer preferences.

“We identified the best suitable location for the QSR as it is the utmost important aspect for a brand to grow. Apart from this, we also curated the menu and worked on the interior design concepts to create a distinctive and welcoming space that reflects the Mexican restaurant’s values and connects with the target audience.

“Our culinary experts collaborated with the QSR to develop a varied and appealing menu that highlights the best of Mexican cuisine and brings its heritage to the guests’ tables.”
