Meauxmentum Strategies & Investments (MSI) has completed the acquisition of five Chicken Salad Chick restaurants in the Dallas area of the US state of Texas.

The financial details of the transaction have not been made public.

MSI now manages 21 Chicken Salad Chick outlets across Texas, Oklahoma and Indiana.

Chicken Salad Chick is recognised for its Southern-style chicken salad flavours, along with side salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts.

The chain was established in 2008 in Auburn, Alabama by Stacy and Kevin Brown and has since expanded to more than 310 locations across 22 states.

The acquisition is part of its strategy to develop targeted markets with Chicken Salad Chick.

The company has achieved notable growth in Texas, Indiana and Oklahoma through new openings and acquisitions.

MSI plans to expand the brand's reach in Dallas by enhancing catering services, forming community partnerships and increasing engagement with loyalty programmes.

In early September 2025, Chicken Salad Chick unveiled its plan to open a new restaurant in Plant City, Florida.

The new outlet will offer indoor and outdoor seating, take-out services, third-party delivery and catering services for its guests.
