Pasta Evangelists plans to expand its presence in the UK by opening 100 new restaurants by 2030.
The initiative, which entails an investment of more than £30m ($40.4m), will create 1,500 jobs.
The company is currently identifying potential locations and seeking new franchise partners, particularly in the south of England, the Midlands and Scotland, as reported by Hospitality & Catering News.
Pasta Evangelists is considering the launch of a "pasta apprenticeship" programme to attract new employees and enhance the skills of its current workforce.
The announcement follows the establishment of its first restaurant outside London in Guildford in July 2025, along with a new site in Farringdon.
The company is also preparing to open three more London locations, in Fulham, Queensway and New Oxford Street, which will bring its total restaurant count to 11.
Co-founder and CEO Alessandro Savelli was quoted by Hospitality & Catering News: “The demand for our fresh, beautifully cooked artisan pasta is growing.
“Our intention is to become the UK’s fastest-growing, casual dining hot spot and the hottest place to eat for pasta lovers of all ages. We are actively looking for sites and franchise partners across the whole of the UK and welcome approaches.
“We expect our plans to create up to 1500 new jobs. We already employ 350 people and as part of our recruitment drive, we are looking into options for a ‘pasta apprenticeship’ scheme which will encourage young people passionate about food and hospitality into the workplace.”
