Presto Phoenix, a provider of Voice AI technology for restaurant drive-throughs, has entered an alliance with another voice AI platform, ElevenLabs.
This collaboration aims to enhance the drive-through experience for Presto’s customers by deploying the “latest innovations” in analytics and voice synthesis.
Presto aims to expedite its unified AI vision through co-development with other AI players such as ElevenLabs.
Presto co-founder Krishna Gupta said: “I’ve known Mati and ElevenLabs since the earliest days, and they’re hands-down the world’s most advanced general Voice AI lab across applications and languages.
“We’ve started by bringing their latest generation of human-like voices to our drive-throughs, and consumers are loving the magical experiences when interacting with Presto’s Voice AI.”
ElevenLabs' platform enables the creation of AI voice agents in more than 30 languages. Currently, it can also generate “studio-quality” music.
ElevenLabs co-founder and CEO Mati Staniszewski said: “Voice is the most natural interface for people, and bringing truly lifelike speech to the drive-through is exactly where Voice AI can shine.
“Partnering with Presto allows us to showcase how our technology can create more intuitive, engaging, and delightful experiences for millions of consumers.”
Presto claims that its products are designed to grow revenue, reduce labour costs, and enhance staff productivity.
The company is broadening its reach across the US, partnering with several prominent domestic brands active in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) segment.
Backed by Remus Capital, Presto looks to offer a comprehensive suite of vertical AI solutions for restaurant chains, allowing for “end-to-end” automation.
This partnership follows Presto Phoenix's recent initiatives, including the expansion of its partnership with Galardi Group in March and the launch of a new phone ordering business unit a month later.
