Quatrro Business Support Services (QBSS) has collaborated with Restaurant365 (R365) to provide a fully integrated back-office solution for multi‑unit restaurant operators.

The move will see QBSS unify its restaurant accounting and operations expertise with R365’s ERP platform.

QBSS will provide preferred pricing on R365 licences, lead full implementation and deliver ongoing managed finance and accounting services within the R365 environment.

QBSS's strategic implementation, together with the R365 platform, will help multi‑unit operators streamline financial processes, enhance visibility across sites and support data‑driven decision making to boost profitability.

The firm will offer system integration, automation, reporting and continuous client support for R365 customers.

R365 will remain responsible for platform development, training and partner enablement, and will work with QBSS on go‑to‑market activities and client success programmes.

The combined R365–QBSS solution is available immediately, providing operators with access to the technology, implementation resources and ongoing financial management services.

In May 2024, R365 raised $175m in a financing round, led by ICONIQ Growth.

Earlier in the year, R365 acquired ExpandShare, an AI‑driven learning management system for creating and tracking restaurant training content.
