ONE Group Hospitality has announced the latest addition to its dining collection with the opening of the STK Steakhouse at Niagara Falls, Canada.  

The new restaurant, located at 6700 Fallsview Blvd, is enhanced by views of the Falls from the Canadian side. 

The location is a milestone for ONE Group Hospitality as it represents the 30th operational STK Steakhouse worldwide. It has been opened in collaboration with Fallsview Group, a private hotel investment, development and management firm. 

STK Niagara Falls, which is within the Embassy Suites Hotel, provides a blend of culinary creations, signature cocktails and live entertainment from DJs.  

The new venue aims to be a go-to destination for both locals and tourists seeking remarkable visits paired with a luxury dining experience. 

ONE Group president and CEO Emanuel “Manny” Hilario said: “We’re delighted to open this new STK Steakhouse in such an iconic location with spectacular views of Niagara Falls. STK offers classic steakhouse dishes with unique flair, signature cocktails [and] an expansive wine list, and our vibe atmosphere keeps the party going from drinks to dinner, and late into the evening”. 

The restaurant's interior features creative and fun design elements for guests to enjoy along with STK's menu offerings throughout the day.  

In addition to dine-in service, STK Niagara Falls offers takeout and delivery.   

The steakhouse's wine list includes premium varieties from across the globe. 

STK Niagara Falls operates Sundays to Thursdays from 11:30am to 11pm, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:30am until midnight.  

In October 2024, ONE Group Hospitality launched the STK Steakhouse restaurant in Aventura, Florida.
