US-based seasonally driven restaurant brand True Food Kitchen (TFK) has launched its new summer menu across its 44 locations in the country.

TFK’s new summer menu includes Street Corn Flatbread, Heirloom Tomato & Watermelon Salad, TFK Original Chicken Sandwich, Kimchi Steak Fried Rice, Seared Tuna Tataki, Garden Pesto Pizza, Root Beer Float and Blueberry Crumble Sundae.

The company claims its new menu additions are prepared using responsibly sourced seasonal ingredients.

True Food Kitchen culinary vice-president Matthew Padilla said: “With our new menu, we leaned into nostalgic summer dishes—think root beer floats, BBQ chicken sandwiches and street corn—and added a True Food Kitchen spin, incorporating purposefully and precisely sourced ingredients.

“From the starters to desserts, brunch to dinner, our intention is to take taste buds on a trip to summers of the past, all while energising and uplifting our guests.”

The restaurant brand stated that it sources quintessential summer ingredients such as blueberries, strawberries and peaches for its drinks line-up, which include seasonal cocktails, refreshers and teas.

TFK’s new sips include Blueberry Collins, Fresa Rosado, Peacemaker, Grove and Sparkling Peach Tea products.

It noted that it has partnered with companies such as OLIPOP, Cosmic Bliss and Atlantic Sea Farms for its ingredients.

TFK added that customers will also be able to order online or through the True Food Kitchen app for home delivery.
