Wasabi is launching its first franchised restaurant at London Luton Airport, in alliance with Lagardère Travel Retail.
The 107m² restaurant, opening in mid-July 2025, will feature a 30-seat dine-in area and a grab-and-go counter.
Located in the main terminal, the restaurant will offer its guests fresh, handmade Japanese cuisine.
The menu includes sushi, bento, hot meals and snacks, as reported by Retail Times.
An exclusive breakfast menu will feature items such as the Korean BBQ Bacon Sando [a Japanese-style sandwich made with crustless bread]. A selection of hot drinks is also available.
The restaurant will serve travellers from early morning to late-night flights.
