David Lee said: “Our vision is to create more than just a bakery café.

“We are excited to introduce something truly unique to Georgetown and become a trusted destination where our community can gather, celebrate special occasions, and enjoy everyday moments together.”

With more than 4,000 outlets globally and over 300 bakery cafés across North America, the brand continues to grow its network, with further locations currently under development.

The Georgetown opening represents the company’s 28th site in Texas.

Paris Baguette plans to expand to 1,000 locations across the US and Canada by 2030, working with local entrepreneurs to open new cafés.

Paris Baguette CEO Darren Tipton said: “We’re on a mission to re-establish the neighbourhood bakery café as the heart of the community across the US, and we’re excited to see David bring this to life in his local trade area.

“In our cafes, we like to say, ‘Happy to see you. Happier to serve you’. And we know David will wholeheartedly embrace this approach in his neighbourhood.”

Last month, Paris Baguette opened its new location in Federal Way, Washington.
