The Delaware Valley restaurant group’s location at the intersection of Route 73 and 70 features a private dining room, a beer hall, an outdoor bar and dining area and a patio, as well as high definition televisions and restaurant technology.
The store is expected to offer more than 180 jobs in the area. Renovation works at the site started eight months ago.
The restaurant chain will serve its famous Crabfries along with other seafood offerings and a selection of beverages including ice cold draft and craft beer at the new location.
Chickie’s & Pete’s founder and chairman Pete Ciarrocchi said: “At over 10,000ft² this will be one of our largest full-service restaurants.
“It’s our fifth full-service location in New Jersey and we also have four boardwalk locations in Ocean City and Wildwood. We are thrilled to give local residents their very own Chickie’s & Pete’s as we promised to do.
