US-based fast food sandwich restaurant chain Arby’s has announced the return of its Brown Sugar Bacon sandwich.

Available for a limited period across participating outlets in the US, the sandwich will be offered in three varieties: BLT, Roast Beef and Turkey.

The Brown Sugar Bacon BLT is a combination of savoury bacon and sweet Brown Sugar Bacon, complemented with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on a toasted King’s Hawaiian bun.

The Roast Beef & Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwich features thinly sliced oven-roasted beef, melted Swiss cheese, Brown Sugar Bacon, lettuce, tomato and Dijon spread.

The Turkey & Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwich pairs roast turkey with Swiss cheese, Brown Sugar Bacon, lettuce, tomato and Dijon spread on a King’s Hawaiian bun.

Arby’s chief marketing officer Ellen Rose said: “Bacon makes everything better, especially when combined with brown sugar to give it an extra sweetness that perfectly balances the salty and savoury flavours.

“Arby’s Brown Sugar Bacon menu items were fan favourites in the past, so we knew we wanted to bring back these three legendary sandwiches.”

In September 2023, Arby’s unveiled a new Canadian autumn menu that featured a Roasted Garlic Roast Beef sandwich deal.

The Roasted Garlic Roast Beef sandwich comprised an onion bun, garlic aioli, Swiss cheese, shredded lettuce and tomatoes. Arby’s other seasonal offerings were Frickles [crispy dill pickles) and the Bacon Ranch Wagyu Burger.

Arby’s also introduced a large new cookie and announced the return of the brand’s Raspberry Shake.
