US-based multi-brand restaurant portfolio company BRIX Holdings has reached an agreement to acquire all assets of Clean Juice, an organic juice bar franchise.

Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

The deal will add 75 Clean Juice locations and a dozen more in development to BRIX’s network.

BRIX enhances its national presence with the acquisition, bringing its total to 300 locations across eight distinct brands.

Its portfolio includes brands such as Friendly’s, Orange Leaf, Red Mango, Smoothie Factory + Kitchen and the Humble Donut Company.

Founded in 2016 by Landon and Kat Eckles, Clean Juice is the first US Department of Agriculture-certified organic juice and food bar franchise in the country.

Clean Juice’s entire menu is certified organic and includes cold-pressed fresh and bottled juices, smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, açaí bowls, toasts and salads.

Completion of the deal is expected by early summer 2024.
