US-based casual dining restaurant chain California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) has launched four new limited-edition dishes in the US.

Its new menu additions include the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Black & Bleu Pizza, Spicy Buffalo Chicken Chopped Salad and Sparkling Mango Sangria.

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich will be served to guests on a toasted brioche bun with tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, mayo and a side of crispy smashed potatoes.

Black & Bleu Pizza features a tender marinated grilled carne asada, Gorgonzola crumbles, garlic olive oil, oven-roasted cherry tomatoes and red onions, topped with cracked black pepper and parsley.

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Chopped Salad is prepared with grilled chicken, which is mixed in CPK’s buffalo sauce on top of Romaine lettuce with Monterey Jack and creamy Gorgonzola cheese, carrots, celery, scallions and cilantro. It is then stirred in herb ranch dressing.

The restaurant brand noted that it is also extending its spicy buffalo sauce to an all-new Spicy Buffalo Chopped Salad.

Sparkling Mango Sangria combines Coppola Pinot Grigio, Milagro Silver Tequila and the tropical flavours of pineapple, mango and guava.

It is also bringing back its original Italian Chopped Salad featuring roasted turkey breast, julienned salami, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese, all tossed in a mustard herb vinaigrette dressing.

The new revamped menu has been rolled out across all company-owned California Pizza Kitchen locations.
