US-based café chain The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) is set to open its drive-through-only concept in Rialto, California.

Scheduled to open at the end of this month, the new store at 508 South Riverside Ave will feature a reduced footprint and integrate with the CBTL app for efficient order-ahead service.

The Rialto store will offer Arabica coffee, whole-leaf teas, baked goods including muffins, cakes and speciality croissants and oven-toasted breakfast items such as the Beyond Breakfast Sausage Sandwich and the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito.

The Rialto location will provide drive-through, carry-out and delivery services.

The opening is part of a broader growth strategy by the Jollibee Foods Corporation, the parent company of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, which is aiming to position itself among the top five restaurant brands globally.
