Chanticleer Holdings has started a partnership with Food Service Industry Consultants (FSIC) to improve profitability.
As part of the deal, Chanticleer will use supply chain transparency, analytic support services and the compliance analytics platform, IntelliSpend, from FSIC.
IntelliSpend enables the quick and efficient analysis of data to maximise profitability, as well as helps improve purchasing and reduce cost of goods.
Chanticleer Holdings president Fred Glick said: “We are pleased to announce our newest partnership with FSIC. In today’s market, it’s more critical than ever to have complete visibility and control over our entire supply chain in order to maximise profitability and guest traffic.
“Since 2001, FSIC has worked with some of the biggest names in restaurants in our space to help successfully reduce their costs of goods while improving bottom lines.”
Earlier this month, Chanticleer Holdings partnered with on-demand food delivery service DoorDash and technology company Thanx in a bid to introduce a mobile app.
