
The Foodservice Show and Professional Kitchen Show will take place in Birmingham, UK, on 22 – 23 January bringing the UK food and drink industry together for discovery, inspiration and networking.
Organised by events business Fresh Montgomery, the Professional Kitchen Show is the annual showcase for the catering equipment industry for the whole supply chain including manufacturers, dealers, designers and end users. The Foodservice Show brings together food and drink buyers from across the UK to showcase products and services.
A number of foodservice celebrities will talk about the latest food trends, including Cinnamon Club head chef Rakesh Nair, Purnell’s head chef and proprietor Glynn Purnell, Digbet Dining Club co-founder Jack Brabant, and UK Hospitality strategic affairs director Tony Sophoclides.
The Professional Kitchen Show will see suppliers and manufacturers exhibiting for industry professionals including kitchen designers, operations managers, executive chefs, chef patron, owners, managing directors, food and beverage managers, general managers, wholesalers and distributors.
