With deep customer insights across traditional, digital and social channels ingested into the Medallia Experience Cloud platform, Freshii will be able to take actions to attract customers.

The Medallia Experience Cloud is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform and helps customers to reduce churn, turn detractors into promoters and buyers, and creates cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for them.
This will help provide clear and strong returns on investment.
Furthermore, the platform captures experience signals created on digital and IoT interactions and applies AI technology to reveal personalised and predictive insights.
In September last year, Pizza Hut USA partnered with Medallia to serve as the company’s customer experience platform of choice. Under the deal, Medallia was responsible for redesigning and enhancing the customer experience for Pizza Hut USA.
