Multi-brand restaurant company Inspire Brands has expanded its partnership with Fiserv to streamline omnichannel commerce across its restaurants in North America.

Inspire Brands’ portfolio includes more than 32,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s and Sonic Drive-In restaurants worldwide.

Fiserv, which already serves Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin’ and Sonic brands, will now combine in-store, in-app and online shopping for several other restaurant concepts of Inspire.

Fiserv will be responsible for driving unified customer experiences and enhancing operational efficiency.

It will streamline omnichannel commerce across Inspire Brands’ company-owned and franchised locations.

Inspire will make use of Fiserv’s global commerce platform, Carat, to improve payment experiences across its digital and physical footprint.
