US-based Junior’s Restaurant and Bakery has further expanded its Las Vegas store network by opening a new location at Resorts World Las Vegas (RWLV).
The restaurant brand is known for its cheesecakes and classic diner options.

With a 300-seat capacity, the new venue will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night menu options.
Its menu include New York and Brooklyn-inspired dishes including classic New York deli sandwiches,10oz steak burgers, salads, jumbo half-pound hot dogs, fresh seafood and a full-service bar.
Junior’s Restaurant and Bakery owner Alan Rosen said: “Hitting the jackpot doesn’t get sweeter than this.
“We’re beyond thrilled to bring a slice of Brooklyn to the West Coast, right here at RWLV in the vibrant heart of Las Vegas.
“My grandfather and father loved coming here, so it’s a dream to share our family’s legacy and the cheesecake that has charmed New Yorkers for decades with new friends and fans.”
In September 2023, Junior’s Restaurant and Bakery announced its first West Coast location inside Resorts World Las Vegas hotel and casino.
The restaurant brand will offer a full-service breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night menu, as well as a bar.
Accommodating 300 guests, the venue will offer items such as French toast, giant omelettes, lox and eggs for breakfast.
