US dessert chain Marble Slab Creamery, owned by FAT Brands, has introduced a new ice cream flavour, Dark Chocolate Cookies ‘N’ Cream made with OREO Cookies.

The new product is available both as an ice cream and as an ice cream cake until 14 April 2024 at participating locations.

In February 2024 FAT Brands announced a significant expansion in Canada through a development deal with the Canadian Ice Cream Company.

The agreement will open 40 new franchised Marble Slab Creamery locations across Canada over the next ten years, with the first store expected by the end of 2024.

The strategic move is set to increase Marble Slab Creamery’s footprint in Canada to 140 units, re-inforcing its market presence.
