CNN Travel has named local Michelin Star brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin’s Dubai restaurant as one of the top 14 additions to the global culinary world.

Galvin Dubai sits alongside other big names such as Alain Ducasse, Pierre Gagnaire, and Jean Georges, with Galvin being the only restaurant to be featured from the United Arab Emirates.

CNN cites that the 14 named restaurants are on the ‘culinary must-try list for those keen to get in first at the hottest tables around the world.’

The restaurant is set across two floors with rich colours and exotic foliage. The cuisine is true to the Michelin star duo’s sophisticated style and reflects the flavours of the Mediterranean.

Commenting on the mention, co-owner and Chef Patron, Chris Galvin, said: “We are honoured to have Galvin Dubai featured amongst these other spectacular establishments around the world. Jeff and I pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for our guests and to be recognised as a global leader is testament to the hard work from ourselves and the team.”
