Global point-of-sale (POS) solutions provider ParTech has partnered with artificial intelligence (AI) platform Mobiry to add it to its Cloud-based Brink POS software solution.

Mobiry is an AI solution that learns and analyses the patterns and behaviour of customers to offer specifically tailored incentives and loyalty rewards.

With the integration, Mobiry will now provide the recommendations for the quick-service restaurant (QSR) and fast-casual industry.

ParTech strategic partnerships manager Stephen Lee said: “We are pleased to add Mobiry to the large and growing Brink integration ecosystem. Mobiry will allow Brink users to better understand their customers and offer the incentives and products they desire the most, creating a loyal customer following.

As part of the deal, Mobiry integrates across POS, social, mobile and marketing networks to retain customer loyalty by delivering incentives/rewards to customers, as well as simultaneously builds a comprehensive user profile of each individual customers preferences.

In June, US-based fast food restaurant chain Laughing Planet partnered with ParTech to deploy its Brink POS software across all 17 locations.
