Filipino bakery Red Ribbon Bakeshop has announced plans to open its first location in Brooklyn, New York, on 27 January 2024.
Situated at 5212 Kings Highway, the latest outlet is the brand’s second establishment in New York City and its 39th in the US.

The bakery is known for its cakes and pastries, including the Mango Supreme Cake and the Ube Overload Cake.
The Brooklyn location is located in the Flatbush neighbourhood and will operate from 9am to 9pm seven days a week. The store will feature café-style seating.
Customers will have multiple ordering options, including to-go, through the Red Ribbon ordering app and via the bakery’s website.
Established in the Philippines in 1979, Red Ribbon’s array of sweet and savoury pastries caters to a wide range of customers.

In September 2023, Red Ribbon Bakeshop opened an outlet in Wheaton, Maryland. It is located two blocks away from the Wheaton Metro Station.
As the brand’s first outlet in the state, it sits on a highly visible corner of University Boulevard West and Georgia Avenue.
In May of the same year, the brand announced the opening of its first bakery in San Antonio, Texas. It is located at 8403 Highway 151 in the Westpointe retail complex.
