Robot on Call is a robot-compatible smartwatch that enables restaurant staff to summon robots to any location within the premises remotely.

ServeSwift allows guests to direct robots to their tables using a QR code, simplifying the processes of routing, bussing and meal delivery.

The company noted that these systems can be integrated either together or separately, to enhance operational efficiencies and the dining experience for both employees and guests.

The Robot on Call smartwatch is an innovation that allows servers to dispatch robots to tables from any spot in the restaurant.

The feature expedites the delivery and bussing process and eliminates the need for servers to input destinations on the robots’ built-in tablets.

ServeSwift’s QR code system at tables enables customers to alert kitchen staff of their location, facilitating accurate order delivery by communicating directly with the restaurant’s robots.

In April 2023, RobotLAB expanded its Robot Control AI software, which integrates AI with the widely used humanoid robot Pepper, ServeSwift and Robot on Call.
